This has started as a book to capture the recipies for the food that I enjoy and that I have been preparing for many years. It's a way to force myself to write them down and to make them coherrent enough so that someone should be able to read them and follow along.
Be warned! They're written for someone that has access to foodstuffs available in New Zealand. And while we're at it, there is little to no regard for a healthy diet.
I'll continue to add recipies over time. Feel free to download new versions regularly.
