About the Book
Book series called “Who is agile?” is about practitioners who contributed to Agile movement. This particular book is a book of stories and personal reflections on the journeys of people who stumbled on agile in Singapore, are from Singapore, or are somehow connected to Singapore. About the Editors
The Agile community knows Yves Hanoulle from his many contributions, such as the public Agile conferences Google calendar, his Agile Thursday Quiz, the coach retreats and conferences he’s paired to organize, daily coaching questions via @Retroflections, and the Agile Games Google group, just to name a few. He promoted PairCoaching, an idea which has been adopted by many agile trainers and coaches. He’s constantly learning, and passing on what he learns as a coach and trainer to organizations large and small.
A self-identified change artist and first follower, one of Yves’ unique qualities is that he gives free lifetime support on anything he does: every client, everything he writes and presents, every workshop he leads.

Kirill Klimov helps organizations use modern management methods and frameworks to drive change within an organization to become an awesome workplace and deliver the best to its customers.
In the past, Kirill wore different hats – web developer, servers and networks engineer, project manager, general manager, people manager, consultant, trainer, and coach within e-commerce, travel, and financial sectors. Most of his professional career Kirill spent with distributed development in this or another way. He started and was in charge of the offshore development office of an international company in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Kirill has driven Agile transformations and adoptions in large distributed projects and small teams since 2008. Kirill holds a mix of different certifications from various institutions; he is actively involved in the life of the Agile community as a speaker and organizer of various conferences, events, meet-ups, and so forth.
Kirill offers public classes on Flight Levels, Kanban, and other new management approaches as well as private onsite classes as a part of consulting work with companies.
