The Scrum Survival Guide
The Scrum Survival Guide
About the Book
I am not a prolific blog writer. The posts that I did write were quite "meaty" and generally got quite some links and comments. When Andy Brandt pointed me at Leanpub I knew that this was the medium for me. The initial version is simply a republishing of the posts I wrote on blog.xebia.com on Agile, but I intend to extend this base into a solid book.
What's coming up? Lots and lots on the Product Owner role, story mapping, how to scale, doing DevOps, a boat load of principles and soundbites I use like "Cures over Painkillers" and "Scrum does not solve your problems, it just makes them painfully clear".
I'm publishing this REALLY early to kick my own ass and get over that initial hurdle. Please enjoy what's here so far, and I hope that you'll come with me on my journey to finally get this thing of the ground. Ass-kicking when I falter is appreciated ;-).
