It focuses on "weight shifting" exercises while standing so that you can learn both how to activate your feet and ankles for greater stability and how to use your feet to "sense" where you center of gravity is. The videos follow a gradual progression to increase awareness and understanding so that by the end of the series you also know how to use your feet to remain balanced. This means using your feet to lever your center to where you want it to be.

    The later videos in this set also include breathing exercises so that you can synchronize weight shifting with inhales and exhales.
